The order did not came to me yet I am charged for it. They should have called me from there customer service to ensure whether I have received it or not.The delivery guy went without even delivering it to me. They are so careless that t hey don't even reply back to consumers. I befoe hand tried to pay the delivery boy through upi but it was failing due to his upi issue not mine.He even did not came for cash.He went just like that.I am there regular user.Still they are so reckless with their duty.Since the time of order failure I am trying to contact Uber eats but no response.
They are not taking there consumers seriously. Even if you visit there site there is only help section which logs message complaints which are never replied.Please look into it though the amount loss is *** for me but the trouble they cost me is *** INR. The complaint is more about there carelessness and greed towards money and charging us for their mistakes. Please look into it

I ordered food from MacD on **th Dec using Uber eats app. Restaurant cancelled my order. When I tried to speak with uber eats help they sent me below email:
I ordered ** inch pizza with regular crust and extra cheese. But delivered pizza was just * inch and there was no crust and extra cheese and quality of pizza was also worst.
I have ordered food from uber eats and when i click on place order the double money got deducted from my debit card and no single order placed Order section is showing blank Please refund my money
