Purchase item not delivered
I have ordered a Realme *i (Aqua Blue, **GB) Mobile in Flipkart on **rd March **** with order ID-OD****************** and paid the amount through a card.
I converted the amount in EMI to the bank.
From next day the Lock down has issued from Gov.
I have not disturbed them,
They inform about the
first date of Mobile delivery on **th March ****
Then it will change to **th May ****
Again it will change to **th May ****
Next it will change to *th June ****
After *th June ****, i have realized all the online shopping are delivering the products of Mobiles & Computer to customer as essential.
Today received a SMS about the refund is processed without any information & my permission.
I have paid the amount along with the interest to the bank for the past months after the order.
I need compensation or my product what i ordered. They are not come in phone to discuss about this thing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
