I took a Bisleri * month subscription on **th December ****. The delivery date selected was Tuesday. I prepaid **** for the order. * deliveries were scheduled throughout the month, two **ltr cans each on every Tuesday. the deliveries were supposed to happen on **th dec, **th dec, *rd Jan, **th Jan, **th Jan. None of them were delivered on the promised date. The contact number they provide to reach out to for the delivery does not answer calls, when you contact customer support, they just try to avoid the issue, say we have escalated.

The delivery executive said he will not deliver, it's too far and blocked out number but i kept contacting customer service they forwarded to the area manager and at last they delivered it on **th Jan. * days late.
the last order Order #BSBDB-***KO- ******* was scheduled on **rd Jan and the same cycle was never delivered, they did not answer our calls. I kept calling customer service everyday they were no help the area manager did not answer their calls aswell, the order was never delivered and al last they cancelled it on *th March **** after over a month and refunded me ***rs.
But since the last order was not completed the empty cans were not picked up, I had * empty cans with a deposit of ***rs with Bisleri. I called customer service and they told me to create an empty jar pickup order but it was not getting placed, from my end, the page wouldn't load after i click submit on the order. none of the customer service associates could help, until after one month one of them placed the order from backend on *th Feb ****. But the order till date has not been picked.
They are sending me regular emails that the order is rescheduled but no one is coming to pickup, i have been calling customer support from one month *th feb to *th march but they are just avoiding the issue, they are telling me they have spoken to area manager and it will don't today and next day and so on.
The area Manager's name is Rituraj and one of the customer care associates who's name i remember is Prateek.
The service was terrible they have dragged one month subscription from December **** to march ****, harassed me at every point and still not completed the order or even refunded the deposit amount.
Also I doubt the water they have been providing is actual bisleri as the cans they delivered were plain dirty old cans and did not have the green cover that bisleri bottles are supposed to have. I have all the images of cans and the screenshots of the orders.
