Bisleri - Bisleri Order Not Delivered

Order for **-Litre Bisleri "Water Can" was placed on **-**-****. As per Company Standards, the delivery date was **-**-**** but still we didn't receive and I have three calls with customer care but each time, they give me assurance but all wastage of time.
I also dropped email to the Company but same response like assurance but nothing like real output.

I need help in this regards as they have my money and along the way they are wasting my time and I also have been suffering daily just due to uncertainty.
