Myflower app - Order not delivered

I have placed an order with them for a bunch of white flowers and half pound red velvet cake on the **th of May,****
Which was to be delivered on **th May, **** for my friends birthday.
I mailed them on the delivery day since the number provided to them was always busy, they replied to the email, saying they’re processing my order and will be delivered by evening. I have not received any calls or message from their end in regard of the order. The status of the order is still showing out for delivery. They haven’t responded to any of my mails after that.
