Uber Eats India - order not delivered to mentioned address

I ordered food on uber eats India in which I mentioned my complete address manually but the delivery partner completely ignored it and arrived at the location which I had not mentioned in the order. After that, the order was cancelled by them and full payment was charged on me. I need my money back as I did everything correct from my side.
