I had order from paytm mall on ** th October **** with order no. - ********** and it shows delivered from ** October ****. I raised the issue with customer care by calling on same day and even after ** days they hadn't delivered my product. They just say investigation will be done and then complete it also after *-* days and send response that product has been delivered. And then again they open the investigation on telling that it hadn't been delivered to me yet. And they send some fake proof of delivery also earlier.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
