Grofers India Private Limited - Order not delivered

I placed an order on Grofers and selected the date of the delivery which was Thursday **th September **** *-*pm. Firstly there was no communication was received from Grofers for the delay in delivery. I called on the delivery executive number available in the app at around * pm checking for the delivery. The executive told me he was on the way time passed by but no delivery was done. At around **-**pm I received a message and app notification that my order was delivered. Wow! Without delivering the order I am getting order delivered message. When I contacted the customer service by email they told me that due to technical glitch the order was marked as delivered and I was assured that my order will be delivered by Friday **th September **** end of the day. I was given the same delivery executive's number. When I called the number the executive told me that he is not delivering the order as he was on leave and he was also surprised to know that why the team gave his number while on leave. I am now chasing the customer service team for the order but not getting any favourable reply now they are not even giving the date of the delivery. It's really frustrating to see especially when I am a Bachat Club member it's a paid service rolled out by Grofers. I have used my budget for buying the groceries and have senior citizens at home. My ration is running out. Please help me out.
