Diva Deal - Order not cancelled

I order Diva Deal Daddy Duster on ** March ** at around *:** pm and according to them if I pay online then I will receive *** cashback which I haven't receive after making online payment instead they were giving me some coupon which I ignore. Then once my order was successfully placed I checked the item detail and it was only vacuum cleaner attachment. This device doesn't work without Vacum cleaner and there was no option to cancel the order through their website. The order can only be cancelled by emailing them on support. I did that as well at around *:** pm. But instead of cancelling my order they shipped it and mail me after * days that order was shipped. Attaching mail attachment.
