I have placed an order in Zivame site * days back for amount ****/- but after placing the order the status shows "cancelled" and the amount got deducted from my bank account.
Later I am tried to contact their customer care to check the details about the order through email as well via call. Nobody responded till now and no updates. The order number is ********. Kindly help to process the refund.
