Sangram kokate filed complaint against Flipkart on Jan 7, 2022
The issue that I have experienced was: My name is sangram kokate and i have placed order, Order ID: OD****************** on **st Dec with three items wall clock, shape-wear and a wall decor item (I have attached my order details for reference), the expected delivery date of wall clock was ** Dec **. I have contacted flipkart before delivery regarding address change i.e the mentioned address on order was old please use new one which is stored in my flipkart profile. Flipkart support person agreed and told that there is no need to worry, it will be delivered to new address surely. When i got message from Flipkart regarding "product out for delivery" on ** Dec, I have called the delivery agent and told about address change and urgency of it this before delivery, he also agreed on it and sured me that product will be delivered on same day though it is late. I have waited till * pm since i want to gift it to my closed friend as promised but the oder was not delivered to me on **, i have called delivery agent so many times on that day regarding my delivery but he said it will be delivered to you any case but he didn't delivered me so again on next day i have called him and asked agent about that he said it will be delivered today but that day also same thing happened. He promised me every time i called him and finally prodcut not delivered so with frustration i have contacted Flipkart support told him about my two days experince and the representative said no need to worry it will be delivered by next day but that day also product not delivered.So again I called flipkart support asked about it and he said he had escalated the issue and promise to deliver it by the **th in any case. I have no other option left so I have waited till **th dec but still no delivery. I got out for delivery message everytime but no one is contacted me and when i call the delivery agent he always said it will be delivered today. So again i have contacted Flipkart support and asked about it and now they said we are sorry your order will be delivered surely on *nd Jan . On *nd Jan Igot a call from three different flipkart support persons telling me that delivery was ***% sure today, no need to worry. Again same thing happened i got message "Out for delivery" and no one contacted me so i have called agent and he said it will be delivered late today but unfortunately no delivery on that day. When I checked my order on site next day the order was canceled saying we are not able to deliver you. Such a ridiculous service by flipkart so again i called back to flipkart and they says order has been cancelled by seller we cannot do anything if you want you can place order once again. Such HORRIBLE repsonse from flipkart. How come any one trust flipkart?
I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible and for such headache & waste of time flipkart should give it free as compensation.
I got call from flipkart Saumyajit Roy and she told me since order is already cancelled it can not be delivered and if you need place the new order and we will give you ** rs compensation. Such ridiculous service flipkart providing. When I disagree she said we cannot do anything.
Also I got call from this number ********** flipkart service saying that they are ready to deliver the product tomorrow without any compensation. I asked him if you are able to deliver it why you said it is cancelled and you cannot do anything. Also I asked him for so late delivery you have to give me compensation and he strightway disconnected the call. If you look the behaviour of flipkart they are making customer fool and playing with them. Flipkart needs to banned for such behaviour.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
