Rohit Agarwal filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 15, 2019
I had placed order for Honor Band * (Order ID - OD******************) on *st October, ****. I was supposed to get the order by *th October ****.
I want to add further that the order came to my nearest courier facility i.e., Kolkata on *th October **** after which it was returned to the seller without informing me. I have been given deadline after every ** hours from *th October **** onwards and till now I have been promised * times that your order will be delivered on a particular day and on **th October **** they have cancelled my order without my consent stating that the seller has limited quantities.
I bought * quantity of honor band * during big billion sale at Rs.****/- per quantity. Now the price of the product is Rs. ****/- per quantity.
I asked flipkart to compensate Rs. ****/-(*** per unit lost for * unit) but they denied stating that it is not in their policy.
My only concern is that since it was the fault of seller and flipkart I want the compensation for the amount lost.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
