I placed an order of two customised back cases of *** rupees but even after paying my amount the order get cancelled . I have contacted them right after that but they are not returning my money I have shown even my transaction to them even though they are saying they didn't receive and they are saying they will not check there transactions and they are saying if order is confirmed successful they will an I'd and delivery then what about technical issues happened between them then y they are keeping online payments options if you won't check transactions of all the customers . I have payment proof so please return my money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
