As the above product was cancelled and i received the mail as
"Hi Sreeram A,
We'd like to let you know that your recent order OD****************** has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use.
Refund amount ₨. ***.*"
But i just purchased the product for my own purpose. I dont know why they cancelled and said like that.
Problem is I have ***rs Gift card amount in my account but now my account has blocked unable to login.
As i order was rs ***.* used gift card ***rs and Net Banking ***rs.
I contacted the flipkart customer care on **-AUG-****. They said that gift amount also will be credited back to my netbanking account so kindly wait for * working days. Now Problem is i did not even got my ***rs netbanking refund amount. Now i need my Gift card Amount of ***rs but flipkart customer care executive not giving the information about the gift card amount. They just copy pasting the message as
" Hello,
We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
