Beardo - Opened package received
Deep Shah filed complaint against Beardo on Mar 16, 2020
I ordered two bottles of beard oil and * face wash but when i received the package it was damaged. The box was torn and even the seal of oil and face wash was opened. It can be clearly seen that those products were opened before being delivered. On top of that beardo is has the worst customer service all of my email just fell on deaf ears. The automated email reply tells me that we'll assist you within ** hours hut none of it works. Even when i called the customer support, the receive the call mute it and hang up after * seconds. Such shitty people. Luckily one guy picked up my call and told me he'll assist till evening ,disappointingly an executive named vaibhavi shah replied to my emails that be rest assured beardo is ***% safe to use. Is she mad, she's telling me to use the products which are already opened. Very disappointing service please guys its a request do not shop from beardo as they are least concerned about their customers
