Beardo - Flipkart not refund amount from very long time

I purchased a beardo trimmer worth rupees **** and after few months it stop working and the trimmer was in warranty period so I complain to flipkart about it but since *-* month flipkart never replace my trimmer nor refund any money and whenever I try to complain they always make an excuse and sometimes they cut the call. Since *-* month they again and again make excuse.
