Flipkart - Open box received and headphones missing

Hi, I ve orederd IphoneX ***GB from flipkart on **/Jul/****, recieved it on **/July/****. but i recieved the open box and and headphones were missing and it was a US phone (grey Market) i requested a refund of that phone and they said we cant refund but we can replace instead. i agreed for that. so they started giving dates that the issue wil be resoved by **-Jul-** then **-Jul- **. then i was getting calls at the same time that we are trying our best to resolve the issue and so on this proces streched for approx * month then one fine day i recieved an e-mail that your request has been rejected, because we have seen very high returns in your account and we are deactivating your account. its ok that they deactivated, cuz even i dont want to be associated with such a fraud company. but i cant do anything about it.
