- OPD services not able to access from the App Closed
I have exhausted myself with going to and fro with my queries/issues for last * months, i have been constantly raising this issue where i am not able to use my insurance wallet money in the medibuddy app, the wallet money is reflected clearly as ***** but i am not able to use it through the app, in the app it asks me to pay the money and redirects me to razorpay page. In my previous email i had attached all the screenshots for the same.
