Medibuddy - From wallet money is deducted and not redund

I have corporate account with voucher **** rs out of them I have consume **** and *** rupee balance and I have consume it before ** Dec **** but before one week I saw *** rupee deducted without any information and I have raised a ticket ********** and it's auto reply without any solution
