This has happened twice (first time on **-**-****). I got to know about this website “***kmph.com” through a youtube video and I visited the website I liked a keychain namely “Dominate keychain” costing a total of ₹*** (cost of keychain ₹** + ₹** shipping charges) and proceed to pay for the product, I selected to pay via paytm wallet after which the amount got deducted from my wallet at once but the website showed a “processing” page and asked me to stay at the page and do no refresh I waited for approximately ** minutes yet there was no response neither a message nor any e-mail was recieved by me from the website (it’s been * days still no response). I mailed them at once regarding this and also messaged them on their instagram yet they haven’t responded, today it’s been two days. I thought maybe that day it has happened coincidently so I tried that again today (**-**-****) but this time I chose to pay through card and from my friend’s phone and the same thing happened again and it confirmed that this wasn’t a coincidence but instead maybe there is a serious issue with the website’s payment gateway or maybe the customers are getting fooled so I decided to ask for help from voxya.com hoping it might get my money back and also of others if any now a total of ₹*** of mine is stuck (₹*** each time).
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
