A bus was booked online from new delhi to bareilly on the eve of *th march , the departure of bus was of **.** pm and the name of the travel comapany was shri Ram Travels. The price charged was of that of an AC volvo and the picture showing while we book is of large AC volvo and the seat no given to us was ** and **, which we booked as the seats generally falls at the middle of the bus and is comfortable to travel.
Once we reached the departure point , what we were made to board was a AC ** seater traveller and the seats were too small and uncomfortable and also our seat was the last seat of the traveller given the seat number booked.
It was really uncomfortable to sit with * passengers at the back and travel * hours.
We felt like we were cheated with our hard earned money. Also on complaining about the misinformation we have been provided online what they did was to provide us with a coupon of *** rupees to shut our mouth and for all the money that went into vain and the discomfort caused.
We demand all our money back and infact the compensation for the discomfort and the misinformation,.
Also they should immediately put down advertising such fake private travel bus services on there website.
