I was having CRED app issue as my credit card payment reminders and due dates were not getting updated in CRED app.So, on *th May **** I searched their customer care number in their app but did not find any. I then searched in Google and got the number **********.I tried to contact on this number and it was busy at that time. After sometime I got call from number ********** and he told me that he is CRED executive and asked me for the issue. He also authenticated me as a CRED executive by telling me the credit card payment I had done through CRED app and the cash back I had received. After this he sent me one CRED OTP which made me sure about him as CRED executive. Then he asked me is there another number in home so he can call me on this number and look the issue in my mobile through ANY DESK app by taking remote. He asked me to download and install ANYDESK app and to provide another number in home. I provided him my wife number **********.On this number he then called from another number **********.After this he starred looking in to CRED app for the issue and in sometime he asked me to enter CVV and Expiry date on ANY DESK remote connection section as he told me it will be required for the analysis of the issue. As he was CRED executive I also entered these details and in sometime I started getting amount debited message from the banks and as well as in CRED app.so I asked him about how the money is getting debited from my account then he said it is the part of analysis of the issue. But I then realized some fraud is happening and I disconnected his call and called the bank for confirmation of amount debit. Till then I had lost the total of Rs. ****** from various banks to fraudster. I then blocked all the cards and went to lodge police complaint. At evening I sent a mail to CRED for asking why they unauthorizedly debited the amount from my credit cards and asked them to return it otherwise I will take a legal action against them. After this mail within an hour CRED team blocked my CRED app access. But till evening I had got some amount (Rs. ******) reversed from CRED and the amount still pending with them was Rs. ****** which they haven’t refunded yet. I was sending them mail since *th May **** for continuously asking my money and they did not reply me through single mail till **st May ****.Now they are saying they haven’t done anything and it is done by some fraudster. When I asked them if it is fraudster then how did I get some money refunded? How that CRED executive authenticated me with exact information of the Credit card payments I had done and cash back I have received on *th May ****.How did he send me CRED OTP through the CRED logo in same message chain where I used to get messages from CRED since I started using CRED app? I also asked them to provide me all this information and also the account where my money has got credited as I had also provided them the FIR copy. They are not providing me any information and saying they cannot provide me any information and will provide full support to bank and police whenever they will approach for the same. So, please look into the issue and help me my remaining amount of Rs. ****** from CRED.
