on *th june ****, i transferred an amount of rs **,***/- in rent pay option, but it not has been transferred to receipent account and got a message from cred that it will be refunded in *-* days and can be expected refund on ** june ****. but even not solved the issued till **-**-**** and i have made so many attempts in cred support for reimbursement but no response and efforts been vain. there is no customer care no talk only can chat on whatsapp which is not fruitful. iam very much worried of amount been deducted and the statement has been raised for payment on **-**-****, for the amount being withheld with cred app. please in utmost greif and mouring for the amount deducted and very unpleasant for non response from credapp. please do the needful in this regard.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
