I sent my car KIA SELTOS to SHREENATH Andheri, Mumbai for first servicing and my advisor sent me pictures of brake pads totally rusted and need to be changed as it was risky to drive the car in that condition. The advisor & his manager agreed to replace the brake pads under warranty since the car was just * months old with me and there was no way the car would have rusted in that manner. Later on the advisor was removed and a new advisor was put in his place and he completely refused to replace the brake pads stating that the management does not allow it. I have written several emails to Kia Motors customer care and they have forwarded the case to Shreenath Andheri who gave me a call and asked what was the issue and promised to come back. They did not do anything on the complaint but went ahead and falsely reported closure of complaint. They are blatantly lying and following unethical and unjust practices and not bothered about the customer service and experience. They are stooping to new lows and playing games to avoid taking responsibility and do the replacements of brake pads within the warranty or at their own cost. Disappointing to see KIA Motors not acting on the complaint and resolving it.
