ANI Technologies Private Limited OLA - Ola Driver Cheated no support from customer care
Pradyumna Dash filed complaint against ANI Technologies Private Limited OLA on Jul 28, 2019
I believe Driver was pre-planned to cheat, evidenced below mentioned points.
*) Driver was driving very slow while return, so to make the trip delay and make extra money.
*) at around *.** PM stopped the vehicle at adyar location of Chennai which is around * KM. from Destination (Palavakkam) and informed vehicle break down, refer the pic enclosed.
*) Driver asked my parents to pay Rs *,*** as bill amount and take auto and go home.
*) as i informed them to check the bill and pay cash to Driver while starting the trip, my parents asked for the Bill but driver denied to share the bill and argued that check with your son for the Bill. Since booking was done from my mobile and i was not with them, driver started creating problem on road and forced for payment immediately.
*) While starting the trip i informed the Driver that parents are first time to Chennai and they are not aware of Tamil language so please take care.
*) In bill break up additional distance fare of Rs *** and Additional time fare of Rs ***, these are extra charged without reason.

*) With lot of pain my parents able to reach home at *.** PM.
*) Customer care was intimated immediately but as of now no action taken again the customer care started doubting on me. You people ca check my track record since **** availing OLA service.
