Please check the attached invoice for return trip of agra from my home.
During return from Agra driver has formatted his phone Nokia model due to hang issues of phone.. In midway he told me that Ola app is rrased from phone due to formatting hence after installing duty is not showimg.
Yes, for this he Confirmed to ola and Ola confirmed him to inform when he will reach destination. They will end trip from software after getting kms reading
The actual reading was of *** KM but Ola sent invoice to me for *** km.
Me and driver was shocked after seeing this bill. Hence driver again called back to customer care and customer person told that complain is registered.
They told. Me to. Pay the actual amount that was shown when booking. Hence. I paid.
Then why I am getting msgs from Ola for less payments.
