- Ola Driver Charged Me Extra Open

I booked an Ola cab on **th Dec **** The driver charged me an extra amount of Rs. ***. Total he charged Rs. ****. I was continuously asking the driver *-* times to do not to take this route. But he was not at all listening to me.
He then drove the car to cng pump, which took ** minutes due to the long queue of vehicles.
It was a horrible experience with him and I was with my wife and a * months baby girl. I had no option, except allow him to do whatever he said. I raised a complaint on ola support on the **th and I got an email stating that they will refund me Rs. ***. But It's been * months, I am continuously chasing them for a refund. I have been harassed by them a lot and they played with my emotions and money all these days. Now I want the whole amount to be refunded for these harassment and mental agony. Seeking out fast resolution and appropriate action.
