Olacab - Misbehave

I had booked a cab on * August **** at ** pm. Ola cab driver came and he refused to go to our place and he abused us without any reason. He said I am from ghaziabad and do whatever you can do , I don't afraid of ola. That incident was so pathetic and only because of these people the big brand like ola faces these kinds of harassment.I would request you to please take some action on that incident.i always use ola cab but now it forces me to jump from ola to Uber. I hope ola will take some action for there dignity. Thank you
