Ola Cab Ola Money - Ola Cabs and Ola Money asking for payment which is already done directly to driver

Hi Team,

This is regarding ola money pending amount. My original amount was Rs. *** which we paid directly to driver. Refer CRN ********** but it was showing as pending in my Ola account. I have moved this amount from Ola cabs to Ola Money as it was impacting my future cab bookings. Even after multiple calls with customer service it is still showing as pending with Rs *** added as fine. Also i am getting multiple reminder calls which is really kind of harassment even after payment is done directly to driver. I don’t understand why you guys can’t call the driver and confirm as you have all the contact details and logistics available.
