I was incorrectly charged by your app for ride CRN **********.
When I booked the ride from Nikoo Homes *, Bhartiya city to Purple Monk Tattooz, Koramangala, the estimate fare was Rs. ***.
We reached the destination within the estimated time, no traffic. Once we reached, I realised that I needed to go *** metres further. The driver asked me to change the location. I changed it from Purple Monk Tattooz Koramangala to Nirguna Mandir Layout, Koramangala, a difference of ***-*** metres.
When the driver stopped the trip, suddenly the fare was Rs. ***. Now I did not have time and the driver demanded I pay him in full so I did. You need to review my fare distance and Time and refund me the extra charge.
It does not cost *** rupees to get from Thanisandra to Koramangala. You can review your driver's GPS records or just call him and ask him. Even he was surprised that the fare was so high.
I have tried your in-app support, it is pathetic, I have tried calling your executive, she was useless and told me to email you and that "once you change destination we cannot help you".
That's rubbish. I changed the destination *** metres. That does not warrant a *** rupee increase in my fare.
Just know that if you do not refund this, I am willing to take legal action. The same glitch happened to my friend a few days ago and she got refunded.
I better get my money back. It does NOT take rs *** to get from my pickup point to the drop point, and the ride time was ** minutes, nothing extra. My fare should be below *** rupees.
Refund me fast and FIX YOUR APP. YOU CANNOT TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY WHEN IT'S YOUR APP'S MISTAKE THEN MAKE THEM STRUGGLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE.
