Jayalakshmi Driving School filed complaint against Mahindra & Mahindra on Sep 13, 2023
The original wheel cups of Mahindra Bolero BS * was missing after the second service from Marudhar Mishri Motors which is located in Iyyappanthangal Chennai on ** JULY ****. After complaining they replaced with the old wheel cups. The original wheel cups are missing with repeated follow up with both the dealer as well as the manufacturer the complaint is not yet resolved. We are now in a mind frame that we don't know if any other original internal parts are replaced with duplicates.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
