This is to file a complaint against Arke Suzuki showroom RTO Headoffice Ahmedabad Gujarat.

I have bought Suzuki Access *** on the *st of November.

It's been more than ** days.

Since then I have not received a call from the showroom for Number Plate Installation.

The showroom has taken charges for RTO registration-related service and I was told " You will get a call from us "

But I have never received a call from the showroom.

Because I'm using the vehicle daily for work purposes, the traffic police catch me every day for driving the vehicle without a number plate.

I am tired of explaining every time to traffic cops that it's still in the registration process.

I sincerely urge you to take appropriate action against the showroom for the poor service to a customer.

Also, the behavior of the director of Arke Suzuki showroom was horrible and he has spoken to me rudely and in a very insulting manner.

I feel like the showroom is taking revenge from me because after buying * wheelers I have complained about the MDR charges ( *% on Debit Card and *% on credit card ) which were charged while doing payment of **,***. I had escalated the issue on social media and I have received a refund of the amount as well.
