Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited - Detective Suzuki Gixxer SF

I bought Suzuki Gixxer SF **** back in June ****. Within a few weeks of purchase, I started facing abnormal air leakage through tyres. I ran to service center multiple times and got tyre replaced through MRF.

Around after * months, bike's engine seized in middle of highway while riding at **kmph in right lane which could have also resulted in injuries or even death.

Note that I did timely service and oil change from service center as per kilometres prescribed in user manual from service center.

Went to service center. They opened engine and replaced half of parts under warranty.

Now, started facing vibrations and engine noise issue. Went *-* times again and noise problem was fixed. But vibration problem still there.

However, I discovered a new problem. Bike was abnormally consuming engine oil, which reduced by over ***ml within a week from last checked date- engine would've been seized again if not paid attention.

Visited service center multiple times. Sometimes they say- issues are normal. Plus, they're not taking my life's responsibility.

Certainly, I've received a defective model which I can't trust upon anymore. Service center is not helping, neither ASM gave satisfactory response with regards to replacement of the vehicle.
