Colive Bangalore - Not yet received the refund amount from colive

I was a colive tenant, I stayed nealy a month there and vacated, after vacating they said money will be credited to bank account in * days, but it's nearly ** days now still I didn't receive any amount from the colive. Please help me regarding this, as I am a student I am facing issue in money. I request you to file a case and bring back my money. I have proofs and evidence of what colive told me.
