Voltas beko - Not working properly

purchased a refrigerator from Voltas Tata enterprise on *.**.**** invoice no:- G ***** .They assured as * years warranty for the refrigerator and ** years warranty for the compressor. But the compressor itself is having complaint before the warrant period.The door of the refrigerator is not closing properly and .Most of the days the refrigerator is having one or other complaint and we have filed many complaints for the repairing of faulty refrigerator.sometimes the technician come on time and repair it and sometimes not.We are really fed up with the faulty refrigerator.If it is having this much complaints before the warranty period itself we don't know what will be it's situation after the warranty period.we are having really very bad opinion regarding this company.We have bought it for Rs ***** including gst.we are not satisfied with this product and we are no longer able to suffer because of this refrigerator .We want to get our money back.
