- Not settling my claim Closed
I had taken membership of CPP card protection and want to complain against them.
I have contacted them to settle my claim but even after submitting all the documents and completing all the formalities including providing FIR copy, they are not settling my insurance claim. They are simply refusing to accept my claim and saying it can not be settled because your membership fee of Rs.**** was not received. When I asked them then why my credit card was charged with the membership amount, then they requested me to send my credit card statement, which I did multiple times.. around ** times but they kep on saying they did not receive it. I have sent my credit card statement showing their membership charge multiple times.
I have few questions for CPP - If my premium was not received then why my membership ID is still active. Moreover, when I was submitting all the documents to them, they did not mention that my membership is not active as my membership fee is not paid. I need answers for all these questions. Also, I need claim of Rs.******/- to be settled. Please help me to resolve this complaint as I am coming from a poor family. After trying everything I have come to Voxya to get relief. They have cheated me, please help me.
