- Not returning of year premium of Rs against Policy No Year 2009 ^Open

Dear Sir,
I bough a ULIP Policy of ICICI prudential Life Insurance Ltd on May **** with premium amount of Rs *****.** per year.
The ICICI pru Life Company issued the policy bond after * months on Dec'**** of Lapse of free look period.
I had excalate the issued that on June**** and sept **** to company regarding not received of Policy Bond .I had taken acknowledgement from ICICI Bank.
The Company not deliver the policy Bond to my permanent Address and sent the same to their Agent and their Agent handover the Policy Bondon Dec'****.
In that policy the term of year and conditions taht the Agent told was totally different.The Agent told that the policy maturity period was ** year but in policy it was mentioned ** years.Then I told her Agent for cancelltion policy but the agent denied that Policy freelook period was over.The agent assured that if I continued ** year then the *st year premium of Rs *****.** was returnback to me while surrendred.
I havd surrerended that policy No-********( Life Stage Assure Policy of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company on **rd of Oct**** but the Company only release the surrender amount on **.**.** and kept my *st year premuim amount os Rs ***** and the interest for ** year.

when I sent mail they told the *st year premium was only release upon maturity.

I have raise a complaint with IRDA on **.**.** and IRDA registered my complaint on issued the case ID No-**-**-****** on **.**.**.

But the ICICI Prudentaial Life Insurance Company not ready to refund my *st premium amount of Rs *****.** as the Company was not given me free look period to see the policy terms and conditions.

As advise of IRDA ,I am raising my complaint of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Ltd with You.
Kindly register my complaint and do the needful action for my best.

Pls find the attached letter which I had submitted at your Godda ICICI Bank as that time your office was operated in ICICI Bank GODDA on June **** and Sept **** for issue of Policy Bond.
