Icici Prudential Life Insurance And Icici Bank - ICICI Prudential Policy SurrenderPending even after a month Misselling of savings account at ICICI B

I took the home loan insurance from ICICI Prudential on **/**/**** and requested for surrender/refund on **/**/**** as part of loan takeover. (That means the policy was used only for * months and ** days.) I submitted all the policy surrender documents on */**/****. I did multiple follow up afterwards via emails to affinity@iciciprulife.com & to lifeline@iciciprulife.com. each time they responded it is in process. In the Prudential website it is clearly being stated as ** working days for surrender. It has been a month and when I escalated it today lifeline@iciciprulife.com asked me to resubmit the surrender documents. When I spoke to the Prudential customer care they are blaming between lifeline and affinity to escape from the payout. Please help me get my payout and refund calculation details. I got admitted to hospital due to immense stress and on a ** days treatment. This incident have caused my health as well as my work hours

It all started with the Home loan at ICICI. They misselled my loan related savings account. Created unauthorized Demat and Trading account. funds were transferred from the savings account to Demat & Trading without any sms or email intimation. I was fined with Minimum Balance Charges. When I found out with the help of another bank's manager and emailed ICICI that I will report the misselling to RBI ombudsman, the Demat manager to Branch manager went on their knees for my apology. I had health troubles so i didn't go complaining. am a brain tumor survivor. They took my kindness as my weakness and made me run for next ** days to close the unauthorized trading & Demat account. It bought me a lot into a lot of trauma. I called them n number of times, I send number of emails too in those ** days. I applied for a takeover at SBI, with all the health difficulties and n number of travel to ICICI branches I transferred my loan to SBI. However I still receive Statement emails from NSE & BSE. These past * month took a heavy toll on me, am still stuck with ICICI Prudential refund. And it all ended me up in a therapy center for stress reduction and fibromyalgia. I lost my sleep.
