Homeshop18 - Not responding and not returning my money back

I had ordered makeup products **pc On **th January **** makeup kit&facial combo at *** and the quantity was * +shipping charges was *** and the total amount which i had paid is Rs **** from homeshop**... I received my product on **st January ****... I unbox the product and it was totally disappointing and totally damaged.... and * quantity was missing.... on the same day I called homeshop** customer care executive and request for the replacement... On **th January **** the courier boy came to my address and picked the product from me and he gave me the replacement receipt on **th January ****.... After *days I received message from homeshop** that the product which i had purchased and request for replacement is out of stock so they are returning my money back.... So i called the customer care executive and they again transferred my calls to head executive and now they are not explaining me properly neither they are returning my money... I called them again and again but no response and also not returning my money.... I am totally in DEPRESSED please help me.....
