Prestige - Not Replaced under warranty

I have purchased a Prestige thermo flask on **/**/****. But the flask was retaining the temperature and it had * year replacement warranty. I have given it to the Prestige authorized service centre in ***, Valayakara Street in Erode. They have not replaced my flask till date.
