Prestige - My electricity product not exchanged

Hi Team,
This is regarding my complaint against Vishal mega mart sector *** Mohali Punjab, opposite to shivalik city road. As as I purchase prestige induction from them on Friday ** July **** night for my mother and having that product home. The product button is not working after few our.
I request to the senior manager over there to please exchange my product with other induction. But they refused to take my request.
Now i am suffering with this inappropriate product, as i am also from a middle class family a little purchase matter us a lot.
Here I am attaching my bills details also
I request to please and seeking your kind support for the same.
