I ordered medicines from their app for which I added *** in their wallet. After * days they messaged that your product can't be delivered. Then I contacted their customer care for my refund but they are saying you have to purchase we will not refund it's against our policy. It's more than a month whenever I placed the order after *-* days they reject my order saying the product is out of stock. Nor they are delivering nor they are refunding my money.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
