Adwait Gaitonde filed complaint against Zee* on Mar 30, 2023
I Paid Annual Renewal fees of ***/- on **th March, **** via Netbanking.
Even after that on **nd March due to auto-renewal enabled ***/- got deducted from my credit card.
When Zee* customer support was contacted with all the proofs sent to them, they say they can't refund ***/- as that was due to auto debit enabled. I then sent another mail to refund me in that case ***/- which was manually paid via Netbanking.
They are completely ignoring the same and not refunding the said amount.
In short for one year subscription Zee* charged me double the amount and now not refunding one of that.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
