Sir/madam, I ordered one furniture product of "End Table in Natural Colour" and order no: ********* . When I received the order but received defective condition because the table legs are not equal so getting vibration. So I immediately raised return request then later one agent contacted me and asked me "what is the exact problem" so I informed all things so they asked me to share photos in our email so she dropped me an email on ** sep ** So that same day I replied with photos. Later I received a call from the agent and she asked me "you looking refund or replacement or repair cost" so I asked refund so after few minutes she informed "we will refund the amount so you can dispose the same" But * week after I not received any refund so I again send a reminder email to they "cs@pepperfry.com" but no response so I escalate the matter in social platforms but they not responded and seems they ignoring me. So I unable to follow the matter continuously . Then when I free So, recently I registered a complaint against them in NCH But the shocking news, they without proper reading my complaint details they just replied "you contacted us after warranty window expired". Which is huge frustrations given by them. Then, later I dropped a email to they grievance officer in subject of "before filing in the court" then the same agent was assigned my case which is she replied my NCH complaint without any proper investigation. So she this time informed "one time exception so we will take back the product and give the refund" but she again done miscommunication with without proper reading my whole email so I again got huge frustrations So I disconnected the call and i emailed them strictly that " future I will not contact you anymore because I already got enough frustrations and mental tension. How you mentioning "exception" word in this case? Because I'm continuously contacted you and on time responded you but your end fault. So how you can mention "one time exception" because they not donating the amount. I paid already money so they will refund only my paid amount not a donation so I highly disturbed they word of "exception" Even they end till no apologize and also they not ready to accept they faults. Even, I mentioned the product was disposed but the agent without proper reading so she again and again doing miscommunications and unethical response. After my efforts and stand my words and warning them "how you can use an exception word" so after that she informed me we will check and back to you within next ** hours to ** hours but I finally responded them I never accept your any resolution other than apologize word. However, they end till now no response.
They treated me like fraud and like money mind person and there is no professionalism in they support. Who will responsibility my patience and mental agony? They will pay compensation?. In this complaint I attached *+ evidences. That you really can be see there is no faults from my end. Even, I attached call history number which they previously promised me we will refund the amount. I'm ready to face any thread from they end because I'm true person and I victim of frustrations and mental tension because of they support. I hope you in this case you help me in this matter. Thanks
