I order the gift from my flower app on ** July . Order was not deliver. Then I contacted them. So on message they said we can only initiate refund in their wallet. After long argument. They initiated the refund into my original mode of payment.I have not yet recived refund. I am.calling them, but they are not answering not responding to my emails, and call. This is totally fraud. Dont every use their service unless you have hell lot of money to waste.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
