Hii sir Myself Mayangmayum Rahman from Manipur I booked my ticket from veertrips apps for ** oct **** on ** oct **** from Imphal to Delhi for * members and payment on Ithaka enterprises through online payment but tickets not initiate and going to failed and I talk to customer care number many times and says that fully amount should be refund within one week but till date not refund and not able to contact any number of veertrips customer.. pls sir help me and refund my amount as soon as possible I already have Order ID number...
