Hello GO IBIBO Support,
I have booked the bus ticket for travelling from sawantwadi to Pune.
My Booking ID - GOBUS********A*. I have cancelled the ticket on **th July however I have not received refund of **** rs till date.
Could you please resolve the issue asap.
