i had raised a query in tata docomo Chandra layout- bangalore office for the migration of postpaid to Prepaid and on the same day I also paid all the amount due to them (Final payment for the last mth) and also paid *** rs to the agent and he did not gave any receipt by submitting all the details- I also raised all complaint to the docomo team and they said they will get back to me on *th feb **** I raised the ticket on *th Feb ****- M********, M******** but till now no solution an no reply they are cheating me
