Few month before I don't need the wifi connection so before expiry my plan I have written a mail for disconnection but they don't disconnected and asking for Rs.*** for discounting and account closer now I made payment after many calls from them even it's not my mistake if they haven't seen the mail. The security amount of **** is also pending as they are supposed to refund it but they are not picking the call now.
