I have ordered a plant pot on **.**.** order no. NLV**********. also did the payment of **** rupees.. it was showing the product will be delivered within *-* days..its **th of july and not received the product not even any satisfactory update on the same from their side..have emailed to the customer care team (as they didn't have provide any contact number) but no response from their side.

I had ordered * plants from nursery live and the shipment has got delayed. No one attends to my query and everytime i ask for a refund I only get an auto reply that my shipment will be delivered on " priority basis"...

My order no. NLV**********, was completely damaged due to worst packing. There was no stabilizer to support the plant and was completely collapsed.Highly disappointed....

Order NLV********** was placed in the month of August. Till date no response from the customer care on non delivery. Raised repeated complaints in chat as well as at care@ nurserylive.com. No solution in respect of refund ....
